The experience behind the agency

Shane Fitzgibbon

Co-Founder & Strategy Lead

My digital-marketing career began in 2012 with a business debt-consolidation company that needed Google Ads to produce results on only $50 per day—while competing with companies spending tens of thousands of dollars each month.

That limitation became one of the best training grounds I could have asked for. I had to understand search intent, control wasted clicks, improve landing pages, measure the right actions and make every part of the lead path earn its place.

Those early campaigns helped the company grow, with its monthly marketing investment increasing from about $1,500 to more than $20,000. The budget grew because the system was producing—not because spending more was treated as the strategy.

“A larger budget should never become an excuse for waste. Every click, page, form and follow-up step should have a clear purpose.”

From campaigns to the complete system

Fourteen years of learning what happens after the click.

Google Ads was the beginning, but it quickly exposed everything surrounding the campaign: the website, the offer, the form, the phone call, the follow-up process and the quality of the information used to make the next decision.

Because I often handled the entire marketing system for the companies I worked with, my experience expanded naturally into website redesigns, Bing and emerging AI advertising, SEO and analytics, Google Business Profile optimization, lead capture and workflow automation.

That full-system perspective still guides Fitz Vision Marketing today. We do not treat a ranking, click or page view as the finish line. We look at how the pieces work together to create qualified opportunities and make follow-up easier.

The method behind the work

The tools change. The discipline does not.

Understand the economics

Begin with the service, customer, lead value, sales process and what a worthwhile result looks like for the business.

Find the real constraint

Separate traffic problems from page, tracking, qualification, follow-up or operational problems before prescribing more activity.

Connect the pieces

Align the message, website, campaign, local presence, lead path and workflow so each part supports the same objective.

Measure and improve

Use meaningful actions and real feedback to refine priorities instead of hiding behind impressions, page counts or activity reports.

Bring us the business problem—not a predetermined list of marketing tasks.

We will look at the website, visibility, advertising, lead path and follow-up process, then explain which improvements are most likely to matter and which ones can wait.
